Blossoms is a heartfelt exhibition by Bay Area-based artist Yucali and Japanese calligrapher Hosui Sato, celebrating the power of creativity and connection across cultures. The show honors the recent completion of the Sister City Mural, a collaborative public artwork located in downtown San Carlos as a vibrant symbol of international friendship. Through a thoughtful pairing of painting and calligraphy, this exhibition reflects the blossoming of relationships— between artists, communities, and cultures. 

The gallery will feature: 

• Collaborative works by Yucali and Hosui, uniting her artwork with his Japanese calligraphy. 

• A visual journey of the mural creation through a Memory Wall, highlighting and honoring community involvement, artistic exchange, and cross-cultural friendship.
